What's the difference between a fade and a regular haircut?
A fade gradually shortens the hair on the sides and back from the top down to the skin (or near it). It needs more skill than a standard cut and uses multiple clipper guards plus blade work to keep the gradient seamless.
How often should I get a fade?
For a clean fade, 2–3 weeks is the sweet spot. Skin fades grow out fastest and look best when refreshed every 14 days; mid and low fades hold up to 4 weeks.
